Portrait In Red

In post WW1 London, sculptor and widow Clare Sheridan seeks financial security and a peaceful world for her children. But her desire for fame compels her to chase after sittings from Bolshevik diplomats in England. Her position as an aristocrat, cousin of Winston Churchill, and her socialist views, make her perfect for a little Russian espionage. Safely accomplished in England, however no one expects her to be invited to Moscow to sculpt the Soviet leaders.

Ambition and defiance carry her to the heart of the Kremlin, where Lenin and Trotsky will test her allegiance to class, country and family, and the cost could be prison or death.
